Reliable electrical cabinet building by ATR
Industrial control panels and assemblies are the central nervous system of any plant. As a
result, great demands are placed on reliability and safety of this key hardware. The electrical
cabinet building supplies all machine and plant floor devices with electrical power and
generates control signals for all of the automated processing in a production environment.
The electrical cabinets also serves as a critical acquisition point for all instantaneous
state information of the plant and process. Important characteristics such as plant
availability and product quality are directly dependent on the quality of the electrical
cabinets used. When it comes to realizing integrated solutions for the automation of
manufacturing processes, ATR attaches great importance to ensuring that our electrical

Options
ATR supplies electrical cabinets accommodating voltages of up to 1000 V. Special configurations
such as models for use in hazardous locations or stainless steel versions for harsh ambient
conditions are optionally available.
ATR offers both standardized and special functional assemblies. Standardized boxes and
cabinets contain a defined range of functions for frequently occurring tasks. This may include
feed and safety fields, motor combinations and display units. Standardized mechanical and
electrical components are employed for this purpose. All standard assemblies are wired in
the same way with voltages and signals always found on the same terminal blocks. Standard
assemblies are supplemented by other cabinets for customer-specific tasks for unique
industrial applications. With both custom and standard electrical cabinets manufactured in
our locations, all ATR assemblies are of a high standard of quality - documentation is
simplified, the production process is accelerated and the amount of effort put into testing
is reduced. As a result, your order is delivered on time and you also save costs.

Expertise and safety
ATR produces in accordance with all common standards (DIN, ISO, NEMA) and is authorized to
carry out acceptance inspections according to UL and cUL standards for the North American
market. All switchgear assemblies can also be supplied in a CSA version.
Every year, approximately 20,000 combinations of control panels are assembled at the ATR
electrical cabinet building site, which covers more than 5000m in an area of 2500m².
The units which can be constructed at the same time would have a total length of more than
300 m. All types of housing are produced, including cabinet, console or box form.
The end result is a high standard of quality guaranteed by 100 percent final acceptance. |
